That's my yoga!

Sans Breath (Raga Yaman) - Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia
This music sounds like the immemorial times of India, walking through the peaceful temples, green bananian trees, sunrises and resting waters…

Incredible blog! I really also liked the post you wrote about pain and facing it and how it's a part of yoga! That makes me go to my mat today and practice even if I'm in pain! Thank you <3
Sorry for the late reply and also thank you for your sweet words!
When I say that pain is part of life and you have to face it, it means to observe what is going on in your body and practice accordingly. Sometimes, it might just mean to lie in savasana for your whole practice, or just do few restorative poses because your body needs kindness. So, never push yourself beyond pain! But rather listen to it!
I hope this makes sense to you!
Have a beautiful practice! Namaste!
